A Letter from the Headmistress
Do you remember the first time you realized that your crazy idea wasn't crazy at all, or that your ask was not too much? Do you remember the moment you realized you didn't need to apologize? And watched another woman bask in your wildness?
Do you remember your first jailbreak moment?
Your first crazy written ask?
Your first game-changing yes?
I am deeply aware of the privilege I have. I spend my days unleashing legendary women. I get to stand for feral truth, reveal prison bars to be fake, and watch them lose their power. I get to do it through this specific alchemical and playful work with power.
And I have been the only one with that particular privilege.
But that ends now.
For the first time, I am inviting a small group of Power Portal Alumnae to become Academy Certified Coaches.
The best way I know to deeply embody transformation is to become a vessel for it.
As much as I created this school, every day, it creates me. This is my training ground. My dojo.
And by teaching this work, I live it.
It keeps me sharp, fierce, alive, and ever-evolving.
For the first time, I'm inviting a small group of select students to join me in that joy and in that privilege.
To enter this life of liberating women's playfulness and bad-assery.
To unleash desire.
To break women out and set them free.
As our work.
As our calling.
As our way of life.
This Certification Program is available exclusively to Power Portal Alumnae and serves as the second level of that training. If you are reading this, you have likely worked hard to wrap your heart and mind around the vast Academy curriculum.
To support this work, we needed something new: a precision instrument. A targeted curriculum that synthesizes our most effective tools.
This instrument is called The Jailbreaker Method™.
The Jailbreaker Method™ is the most structured, yet deployable, expression of the Academy's most powerful teachings. It is designed to help women quickly identify, confront, and dismantle Good Girl Conditioning, and return to their wild and powerful essence.
This program is limited to 30 Power Portal Alumnae. The women selected for this inaugural cohort will become the first Academy Certified Coaches and the first women with whom I will share this privilege.

The Academy Certification Program
A Brief Overview
The Certification Program includes:
Direct feedback and assessment by Kasia on your recorded teaching sessions and live, in-person teaching.
The Jailbreaker Method™ curriculum and, upon certification, a five-part course you may use and teach professionally either 1:1 or in a group setting.
Teaching materials, study guides, and videos to help you gain confidence and expertise in deploying The Jailbreaker Method ™ .
The five-day In-Person Immersion, November 2–6, 2026. Gather with Kasia at Masia Nur, a beautifully restored 300-year-old estate on Spain's Mediterranean coast.
How It Works
The program begins on September 12, 2026 with an Orientation Call.
From there, you will begin receiving the Jailbreaker curriculum and enter an immersive program designed to help you not only learn this work, but learn to teach it.

The Jailbreaker Method™ was designed to be practical, structured, and teachable.
Every element of the curriculum is intended to help you become deeply familiar with the material while building confidence in your ability to lead others through it.
Video Training
Alongside the curriculum, you will receive a series of video trainings from Kasia.
In these recordings, she will share what years of teaching this work have taught her:
What reactions to expect from specific exercises
Common challenges students encounter
How to troubleshoot difficult moments
What to pay attention to while teaching
Best practices for leading transformational work
These videos are less about memorizing information and more about helping you develop the eyes of a teacher.
Kasia will teach you her methods on what to look for.
What to listen for.
What students often reveal without realizing they are revealing it.
And how to respond when they do.
The Full Certification Process
1. The Practicum & Feedback
The heart of this program is not studying.
It is teaching.
You will begin teaching the Jailbreaker Method™ to practice with students and recording your sessions.
After submitting recordings, you will receive detailed feedback from Kasia on your teaching, your strengths, your blind spots, and experiments to try in future sessions.
Over time, a picture begins to emerge.
Not only of how you teach this material.
But of the kind of teacher you are becoming.
Kasia will review your submissions in the context of your previous work in Power Portal and the Teacher Training Track, allowing her to recognize patterns, strengths, and talents that may not yet be obvious to you.
The goal is not to create 30 teachers who all teach the same way.
The goal is to help you become exceptionally skilled at teaching this material in your own way.
2. The Written Examination
The written examination is designed to ensure a strong understanding of the Jailbreaker Method and your ability to answer student questions with clarity and confidence.
You will receive practice examinations beforehand so that you can identify areas of strength and areas that need further study before completing the final assessment.
3. The Live In-Person Immersion
The culmination of this program is a five-day live, in-person immersion with Kasia.
This is where everything comes alive.
For five days, you will step out from behind the screen and into the room, and you will engage with the work in real time.
Throughout the immersion, participants will be observed and assessed in a variety of live environments.
You will also receive direct instruction, feedback, and assessment from Kasia.
Because there is something that can only be learned in the room.
Something that only reveals itself when the work is no longer theoretical, but alive between human beings.
This immersion is your opportunity to develop that capacity.
The Goal
The goal of this program is simple:
To become so familiar with the Jailbreaker Method™ that it feels natural in your hands.
To develop genuine confidence in your ability to teach it.
And to discover strengths, instincts, and talents that only emerge through practice.
Certification Requirements
To receive certification, as determined by Kasia’s evaluation criteria, students must demonstrate proficiency in three areas:
1. Teaching the Jailbreaker Method™ online through recorded Zoom sessions.
2. Teaching the Jailbreaker Method™ in person during the Live Immersion.
3. Demonstrating a strong understanding of the methodology through the written examination.
The Results
Upon successful completion of all certification requirements, you will be eligible to:
Become an Academy Certified Coach.
Use the Academy Certified Coach designation in your business and professional materials.
Teach The Jailbreaker Method™ as an Academy Certified Coach.
Promote your certification and teaching of The Jailbreaker Method™.
Maintain your certification for a period of two years, subject to renewal requirements established by The Academy.

No.
Previous coaching, teaching, facilitation, leadership, or consulting experience may be helpful, but it is not required.
The certification is designed to develop your ability to facilitate the Academy methodology effectively and responsibly.

A required and central part of this program is the instruction given during the live in-person immersion.
Kasia will be giving each student personalized instruction in person throughout that whole immersion event.
Another essential aspect of this course is the individualized, custom-tailored feedback of each student’s teaching abilities.
Students will receive that feedback in recordings, in response to the video submissions made of them teaching the material.
This instruction is not live, but recorded so that each student can receive their feedback more quickly and receive their personalized instruction soon enough so that they can take the next step.
This allows each student to go at their own pace, or change paces.
No student is held back by waiting for the next collective class time.
More dedicated students this way can meet all the requirements and get certified as soon as November 2026.
Other students may require more time due to their lifestyles and have up until 18 months to complete the video submissions, the live in-person immersion, and the written test.
We are planning to have some live, optional group sessions.
But in order to honor the self-directed, flexible, highly personalized nature of this kind of instruction, we are not scheduling those at this time.

Absolutely not.
We are providing a highly structured course for those talented but inexperienced coaches and teachers who will require firm guardrails in order to be able to show up with the greatest of confidence and make best use of their talents.
Anyone who gets certified can feel free to rename the course, adapt it, mix it with other methodologies, and use it however they wish.
However, we find it best that those that don’t have other experiences to lean on have everything they need to be able to go out into the world and carry this work forward in a complete and holistic way.

You may apply for and begin the Certification Program before completing The Power Portal Teacher Training Track.
However, completion of the Teacher Training Track is a requirement for certification. In order to receive your final certification, you must complete all required Teacher Training Track components, including the field assignments and exercise mastery requirements.
If you are accepted into the Certification Program before finishing the Teacher Training Track, we will note any outstanding requirements and help you understand what remains to be completed.
When it is time for you to begin receiving feedback from Kasia, she will have access to your work from both the Jailbreaker Method™ curriculum and The Power Portal Teacher Training Track, allowing her to develop a broader understanding of your progress and emerging teaching style.

You do need to be approved to attend the live i immersion, but this will entail recording each one of the five modules of the Jailbreaker curriculum at least once and submitting it before October 15th.

A replay will be given.
This is largely an information session and an introduction to your fellow trainees, and an opportunity for all of us to get closer together before we begin what will largely entail self-study with personalized feedback.

In order for each student to keep up, to be able to follow their own pace, and the highly personalized nature of feedback, there will be no official live calls.
However, we will have unofficial optional calls and Zoom gatherings once the group commences.
They are not required, and will be more about community formation than instruction for those that feel supported by live calls and contact with other students.

You will receive videos about teaching the Jailbreaker curriculum, troubleshooting, and Kasia sharing her personal experience as a teacher, facilitator, and coach.
But they will not be video modules in the traditional sense.
This program is practice based and skills driven.
So the video modules will be very helpful to some, but the most important focus is:
Can you teach the five parts of the Jailbreaker curriculum, and what do you need to try in order to become the best Jailbreaker possible?

Participants may move through the requirements in the sequence that best supports their learning practice and professional commitments.

Certification requirements may be completed in any order.
Many participants will likely complete portions of the written assessment and teaching practicum before attending the live assessment immersion.

No. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all program requirements. These include written assessments, teaching demonstrations, and the live immersion. Participants have up to 18 months to complete the certification process.

While we anticipate future certification cohorts, no future dates have been announced.
As with all Academy programs, curriculum structure, requirements, tuition, opportunities, and associated future cohorts may evolve over time.

The five-day immersion in Spain is where the deepest embodiment of the Jailbreaker course and the Academy style of teaching is taught and assessed.
It satisfies the live assessment requirement for certification.
Participants who successfully complete the mastery of the Jailbreaker method, a teaching practicum, and the in-person immersive components will be eligible to become an Academy Certified Coach.

Yes.
The tuition includes participation in the five-day in-person immersion in Spain, but not travel and accommodation.
Participants have up to 18 months to complete all certification requirements.
If you know you cannot attend the first immersion , a space in the next one will be saved for you.

Participants have up to 18 months from the start of the program to complete all certification requirements and earn certification.

Participants who do not complete all certification requirements within the 18-month certification window may be required to reapply and pay additional assessment or administrative fees, or complete updated certification requirements, depending on the circumstances and any curriculum changes that may have occurred.

Certification is valid for two years from the date it is awarded. Information about the renewal process will be provided to certified facilitators before their certification period expires.

Because enrollment in the Certification Program is limited and participation requires significant planning and resource allocation, participants remain responsible for the full tuition amount regardless of participation, withdrawal, or completion status.
