The Curriculum: Your Journey Through Good Girl Reform School
In this month-long experience (Nov 18 – Dec 18), we'll delve deep into the roots of Good Girl Conditioning, and then blow it apart. You’ll uncover your true essence, and the power and influence that is yours to wield.
Devoted to heart, body and mind transformation, this program will take you on a wildly magical ride, introducing illuminating concepts, providing actionable tools, creating embodied experience, and offering practical techniques to fast-track your own personal Good Girl Jailbreak.

The big grip and release starts here. How to recognize it, how to break the pattern, and the cure for self-attack. Here you’ll do your power inventory and dive into discovering your deepest desires.
Lesson 2: Awakening Your Erotic Intelligence - November 27th
Unlocking your natural hyper-vitality
The Good Girl within will tank your love life. She will rob you of your erotic radiance and magnetism. She will make it so that the moment you fall in love, your identity vanishes. Romance will feel silly instead of sacred and spiritual. Uncover the major key to power that the Good Girl blocks so that you feel alive and centered no matter what.

Lesson 3: Unlocking Your Innate, Hidden Power - December 4th
Now that you’re powered-up, what do you do with it?
The Good Girl runs from power. She is Power Averse. Why? Because the average woman does so much invisible labor, that MORE POWER is automatically associated with more WORK. Breaking the good girl spell reveals that more power simply mean more choice and freedom. In this lesson, power dynamics are laid bare so you can stop playing a game of setting and policing boundaries with people. Unlock the unshakable presence that you were born to be.
Lesson 4: Unleashing the Power of Wealth - December 11th
Society’s big secret: ALL women are amazing with money!
Good Girl money is expensive, and the opportunity cost is your life. Break the Good Girl habit of under earning, overworking, and losing your voice. When it comes to powerful money conversations, get shameless and greedy and watch the world around you benefit and blossom. As counterintuitive as it sounds, this is the trick the inner Good Girl plays on us when it comes to money. Claim yours.

Lesson 5: Integration - December 18th
Moving forward post-jailbreak
This is a practical guide for applying and going forward to shape your destiny and future free from the Good Girl habit. This lesson also contains useful tools for waking up to who you truly are. When the Good Girl Conditioning of others makes you feel small, this lesson contains invaluable tools to pinch yourself back awake when that sleepy powerlessness comes creeping back in. You will rewire your perspective and release the blocks, allowing you to freely transform your life story into the true legend you were born to be.

Meet Kasia Urbaniak
Kasia Urbaniak is the founder and CEO of The Academy, a school that redefines the foundations of power and influence for women.
Over the course of two decades, Kasia has worked as a professional Dominatrix, studied ancient Taoist alchemy in China's oldest female-led monastery, and has received certifications in dozens of modalities.
Since establishing The Academy in 2013, Kasia has helped thousands of women reclaim their power using practical tools and teachings. These dedicated students have ascended to new heights of leadership within their relationships, families, workplaces, and communities.
Kasia has alchemized her experiences to forge the tools, strategies, and insights that serve as the foundation of the Good Girl Reform School. FAQ
Will there be both live and recorded video lessons?
Yes. This experience is an in-person five-hour intensive held on November 18th, and the video lesson modules to follow will unlock weekly so you can study at your own pace. Live Breakthrough Sessions offer collaborative practice and live Q&A with Kasia for extra support. The grand finale will be a live closing ceremony on December 18th.
Don’t worry if you can't make it in person—all sessions will be recorded, and you’ll have ongoing access to them.
Are there prerequisites for this class?
No! Whether this is your first Academy class or your tenth, this course is designed for both new and returning students.
What’s a Breakthrough Session?
These 90-minute optional sessions are the antidote when you’re feeling stuck, or when you need community support. You can drop in to ask questions, discuss lessons, or work on homework, in a container that allows you to come and go as you please.
