The Power Portal is The Academy’s most advanced training in power dynamics. An elite program designed for women who are ready to:

For six months, you will train in advanced power dynamics with Academy Headmistress, Kasia Urbaniak. You will not just learn strategies, you will execute them, embody them, and turn them into instinct.

  • Six-Month elite training in advanced power dynamics (February - July 2026)

  • 20 Modules released weekly (with regular catch up weeks)

  • Field assignments, power missions, and real life experiments

  • Live interactive online sessions led by Kasia

  • Live in-person event in NYC (livestreamed for those who cannot attend live) - March 14

  • 4-day live in-person training in NYC - June 18-21
