For six months, you will train in advanced power dynamics with Academy Headmistress, Kasia Urbaniak. You will not just learn strategies, you will execute them, embody them, and turn them into instinct.
This isn’t a course you “join” and just sit through, it’s a platform you launch yourself from. A war strategy program in feminine power for women who are ready to play bigger.

This 6-month elite training in advanced power dynamics includes:
Kickoff Call & Closing Ceremony
Our time together will begin with a live Kickoff Call on April 4, 2027. These calls are designed to bookend your six months of mastery.
Core Modules and Supporting Materials
Access your private online portal with replays, demo videos, workbooks, and a private podcast feed.

Two-Day Live Event - May/June 2027
Our first live event will be taking place in late May or early June, 2027, location TBD. This event will be livestreamed for virtual attendees.
This early touch point will be extremely beneficial, whether you attend in-person or online, in creating massive momentum as we will be crossing into The House of Magnetism at that time.
Four-Day Live Intensive - August 2027
Our four-day live intensive will be taking place in New York City in August, 2027. This event will allow us to fully and deeply embody, and test all of the content you have received throughout the program.
Catch-Up Weekends
Each month, we’ll gather for dedicated catch-up weekends where we will broadcast and screen all of the modules of that month, together in community. This ensures that no matter your schedule or pace, you’ll have every opportunity to stay connected and fully caught up.
Discipline Rooms
Each month, you’ll be invited to join us for Discipline Rooms. These sessions are focused, high-accountability spaces where you can complete homework, and ask questions about the assignments in real time.
The Emotional Alchemy Room
These sessions are designed for students to experience catharsis and learn how to alchemize various emotions that may arise during the program, in order to put them to good and exalted use.
Power Project Track - Optional
For students who want to put their training toward something real, The Power Project is an optional track inside The Power Portal. Choose something you want to bring into the world, then use the tools to make it happen. You’ll receive special video modules to guide your Power Project, additional structure, opportunities to put your work in front of others, and the counsel of your fellow Mistresses who are building something of their own alongside you.
