Wait, what?
Powerful women who feel powerless when it comes to money?
Hell no! We can’t have that!
We won’t have a world of powerful women until we have a world where women feel like badasses about money, capable of playing powerfully even through the most difficult money conversations.
The Academy is a school of power.
Over the years we found that MONEY is a topic so loaded and charged that it deserves precise attention. It is a sneaky place where disempowerment likes to hide. The social censorship around money can keep a woman trapped in a place where she doesn’t know what or how to ask, asks for too little, and cannot wield money in the world powerfully.
In this class, we will be learning how to handle money conversations shamelessly: how to ask for the money you need and negotiate for the money you want – regardless of what you know and don’t know, what you feel and don’t feel about money.
You can visualize money. Be spiritual about money. Plan for money. Study money.
But none of it matters if you can't talk about money.
Our world is created through communication. Specifically, through agreements made inside of conversations. Only when women can radically access their voice to have powerful money conversations, can we begin to update those agreements, and remake the entire world as we know it.
When a woman becomes powerful in how she talks about money, many unexpected doors get unlocked.

Join us this Fall.
Weekly Class
Each week's class will be taught live by Kasia via Zoom, the popular videoconferencing software.
Students who can’t join the class will have the ability to watch the replay of the class at any time that is convenient for them.
Weekly Q&A
Each week, Kasia will host a live Q&A session to answer questions. Support you in applying the curriculum in real time to what you’re facing.
Videos & Assignments
Students will receive videos & assignments each week which they will be able to submit via email or on the class’s private group.
All students will have lifetime access to the videos & class recordings.
Weekly Get Unstuck Hall
During each week’s Get Unstuck Hall, students are guided through exercises and assignments. Provide the opportunity to ask for help if you get stuck with an exercise.
Though optional, many students find this incredibly beneficial!

The work I did in Power with Money changed my nervous system so that I could confidently ask for double my salary. Had I made the ask before taking the class, I would have felt small and like an imposter.
