Each class at The Academy teaches women practical and unconventional tools to break free of “Good Girl” conditioning in everyday contexts.

Our next live, online class, Power with Money, begins on April 22nd, 2023.

In the meantime, any of our self-directed online programs below are a great place to start.

Emotions into Power will teach you the crucial skills of emotional alchemy that form the foundation of unshakable influence. Emotions impact all our communications, and those who learn to master even their most taboo feelings can wield the greatest powers of influence, connection and leadership.

Verbal Self-Defense Dojo

The Verbal Self-Defense Dojo will teach you the foundational principles of power dynamics and how they affect communication. Over 2500 students have learned to fight back against interrupting, intrusive questions, bullying and other attacks on their boundaries or personal authority in situations from job interviews to family conflicts.

Influence 101

The material in Influence 101 is the foundation of everything we teach at The Academy. This is where a student can prepare to make bold, life-changing asks of the people around her in a way that feels good to the person being asked.

There is very little overlap between these three courses as they all cover different areas essential to the cultivation of power.
